Start by selecting a reference mix — a service or rehearsal that represents the sound you want your room to have every week. Input mixed stems from a previous recording or project. The more you add the easier Mix Pilot will fine tune each player and vocalist. This becomes the target sound Mix Pilot works toward.
Mix Pilot connects to your digital mixing console and then monitors the audio coming from the stage.
It listens to each instruments, vocal, and overall tonal balance of the mix. It also monitors the overall acoustics and tone in your room to ensure your mix isn't harsh or thin.
Mix Pilot continuously analyzes:
• Vocal clarity
• Instrument balance
• Tonal spectrum
• Dynamic levels
It compares what it hears in the room to the reference mix in real time.
As musicians play and dynamics change, Mix Pilot helps guide the mix toward the desired sound by suggesting or applying adjustments that maintain clarity and balance. This doesn't remove the FOH Engineer from the equation but educates and instructs in real time. This allows even volunteer sound teams to maintain a consistent and confident mix every service.
A consistent worship mix that helps the congregation clearly hear:
• The worship leader
• The band
• The message behind the music
Mix Pilot connects directly to your church’s audio network using Dante digital audio networking, allowing it to receive audio from your mixing console and return processed information without disrupting the signal flow.
Instead of sitting inline with your audio path, Mix Pilot listens to the same Dante streams that feed your system. This means the unit can analyze individual channels, subgroups, and the main mix in real time while the console continues operating normally.
Because Dante operates on a high-speed gigabit network with deterministic clocking, Mix Pilot can monitor and analyze dozens of channels simultaneously while maintaining extremely low latency—typically well under a few milliseconds. The system processes audio using onboard DSP and AI analysis while leaving the core audio path untouched, ensuring the live mix remains stable and uninterrupted.
Mix Pilot then communicates back to the console by providing recommended adjustments, mix balance insights, and profile matching, allowing the engineer or volunteer operator to maintain a consistent mix throughout the service.
This architecture allows Mix Pilot to function as a real-time intelligent assistant rather than a processor inserted directly into the signal chain, preserving audio integrity while still delivering powerful AI-driven analysis.
✔ Works with Dante networks
✔ Does not interrupt the audio path
✔ Real-time AI mix analysis
Worship should never be limited by the mix.
Mix Pilot helps churches deliver consistent, clear sound every week — even with volunteer sound teams.
Because when people can hear clearly, they can engage fully.
